A packed schedule of technical sessions, regulatory updates and support services to keep NICEIC-certified businesses ahead of the competition.
Following the success of TechLive 2025, NICEIC, the UK’s leading certification and training body for the electrical industry, is pleased to announce the programme for NICEIC TechLive Surrey.
TechLive is NICEIC’s flagship in-person CPD event, providing attendees with a wide range of technical, regulatory, and business-focused sessions hosted by NICEIC experts and specialist guest speakers from across the industry.
2026 has already seen a number of important updates and changes across the sector, with the recent publication of Amendment 4:2026 to BS 7671:2018 and changes to the Electrotechnical Assessment Specification (EAS).
NICEIC’s technical experts will be on hand, delivering sessions on key topics, answering technical questions, providing guidance on the assessment process, and advising on training and support services.
As well as a full day of practical, informative sessions, NICEIC TechLive Surrey also offers the opportunity to log up to five hours of CPD, helping you meet your scheme requirements, while staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory updates.
Paul Collins, Technical Director at NICEIC, commented: “TechLive Surrey will give our certified businesses the support they need to stay compliant, confident and competitive. There have been a number of significant regulatory changes this year and TechLive has been curated to ensure NICEIC-certified businesses have direct access to the expertise and insight they need to stay ahead of the competition. I am particularly looking forward to spending time with NICEIC-certified businesses of all sizes and hearing from them about the day-to-day challenges, changes, and opportunities that are top of their agenda this year.”
Reflecting on TechLive 2025, Kirstie Elbourn, MM Electrical and Design said: “NICEIC TechLive gave us the chance to attend a number of interesting technical sessions where we learnt a lot, and there were some great insights on how to engage with new customers which we're going to look at implementing.”
